1. About BruderYang

BruderYang is an independent online service providing Metin2 Yang, Won and related gaming products or services.

BruderYang is not an official partner, representative or affiliate of Gameforge, Metin2 or any other game publisher unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All references to game names, servers or other third-party trademarks are used only to identify the relevant game or service.

2. Orders and Pricing

Prices for Yang and Won may change frequently due to market conditions, server conditions, availability and other operational factors.

For this reason, certain products may not display a fixed final purchase price. Customers should contact BruderYang before making a payment to confirm:

• The current price.
• The requested amount of Yang or Won.
• The relevant server or game environment.
• The available payment method.
• Current stock availability.

3. Payment and Stock Availability

Payment methods may vary depending on the order and current availability. Available options may include PayPal, bank transfer, Paysafecard, Amazon, cryptocurrency and other payment methods offered by BruderYang.

Customers should confirm stock availability before sending payment. This helps prevent unnecessary waiting if a requested product or amount is temporarily unavailable.

If payment has already been received and BruderYang subsequently determines that the requested Yang or Won cannot be supplied due to a stock or availability issue, the payment will be refunded in accordance with the applicable refund procedure.

4. Delivery Process

After payment has been confirmed and the requested Yang or Won is available, BruderYang will arrange the delivery using the applicable delivery method.

1. Contact BruderYang and confirm the requested amount and current price.
2. Confirm the available payment method and stock.
3. Complete the payment.
4. Provide the necessary in-game character information.
5. Receive the purchased Yang or Won through the applicable delivery method.

Delivery times can vary depending on stock, order volume, payment confirmation, server conditions and the selected delivery method.

5. Gameforge Delivery

For Gameforge servers, BruderYang uses the applicable in-game Shop delivery method where available.

This delivery process does not require customers to provide their Metin2 account password or login credentials.

Where applicable, BruderYang can provide a legit Won assurance for Gameforge deliveries according to the specific product and transaction conditions communicated before the order.

6. Private Server Delivery

Delivery methods for Private Server products may differ depending on the individual server, its trading system, available features and current delivery conditions.

Customers will be informed of the applicable delivery method before or during the order process where necessary.

Unlike the applicable Gameforge Won assurance, BruderYang cannot provide the same universal guarantee for Won obtained or delivered on Private Servers.

7. Account Credentials

BruderYang does not require your Metin2 account ID, password or login credentials for a standard Yang or Won delivery.

Customers should never send their account password or other sensitive login credentials through WhatsApp, Discord, email or any other support channel.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required to complete their order and delivery.

• Provide the correct in-game character information.
• Confirm the requested amount before payment.
• Confirm the current price before making payment.
• Ensure that the selected server and character information are correct.
• Follow the applicable rules and policies of the relevant game publisher.
• Do not provide account passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

9. Delivery Delays

Most orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment confirmation. However, delivery may occasionally take longer because of stock availability, order volume, server conditions, payment confirmation or other operational circumstances.

If a significant delay occurs, customers may contact BruderYang through the available support channels for an order status update.

10. Failed or Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for checking the information they provide before delivery.

If incorrect character or server information is provided and the order has already been delivered, recovery or correction may not always be possible. Customers should contact support immediately if they notice an error.

11. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the applicable BruderYang Refund Policy.

If BruderYang is unable to supply an order because the requested Yang or Won is unavailable after payment has been received, the payment may be refunded according to the applicable refund procedure.

Once a virtual currency delivery has been successfully completed, refunds may be subject to the circumstances of the individual order and the applicable refund policy.

12. Game Rules and Third-Party Policies

Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the rules, policies and terms applicable to the game and server they use.

Third-party virtual currency transactions may involve risks, including possible account restrictions, currency removal or other actions by a game publisher or server operator.

BruderYang cannot control or predict actions taken by third parties.

By purchasing Metin2 Yang or Won from a third-party seller, customers acknowledge that certain risks may exist depending on the rules and policies of the relevant game publisher or server operator.
